Union Jack - maybe
This is another image from my "This is Britian" work. This one is an abstract, with me pre-visualising it as being similar in both form and color to the Union Jack. For me, the final image is successful, but unfortunately it is not standalone and needs the context for the viewer to understand the photograph.

Nice graphic shot.
Actually, I think it would work perfectly as a standalone, graphic shot - especially if the whole frame was filled with girders criss-crossing in all directions. In any case you've got the exposure spot on and the colours are great and bold.
Thanks. I'll try and re-shot this with a full image of bars ( I ended up with the block of sky as I was struggling to isolate just the bars ).
